Rooms in 111 Mass Ave utilizes Zoom room technology to share content from your device.
Turn on the display(s)
On the Touch Control Panel, press Power On to turn on the display(s) and launch Zoom

New Meeting
Instantly start an impromptu Zoom meeting
Join
Join a previously scheduled Zoom meeting
Share Screen
Share content from your device (computer/mobile) without joining a Zoom meeting
Whiteboard (only available on large touchscreen displays)
Create a digital whiteboard with tools like text, shape, image, table, and more
All classrooms have at least one camera and microphone for capturing media during calls and recordings
