How to unblock a Domain (Example of Gmail)
Sometimes in haste, users will block all emails to your Georgetown email account coming from gmail.com. In many cases, this is done accidentally, and you intended to block a particular email address.
When you use Mimecast to block or permit messages, you have the option to apply the changes to either the email address or the domain.
When in the Blocked Senders section of the Mimecast Portal, (which you can access here): https://gu.login-usb.mimecast.com/m/portal/app/#/advanced/blocked, click on "Add Blocked".

Paste or type in the email address or domain you wish to block. In the example below, there is an email address (emailaddress@gmail.com) and also a domain (gmail.com).
After clicking on "Block," the email address and domain were added to my blocked list. Note the difference in icons for the email address (person) and domain (globe).
If you are receiving emails from a company that you do not want to hear from, block the entire domain. Entries with the globe icon are domain blocks, which means that any email address that ends
with that domain name will be blocked.
