Log in to the Mimecast Portal to Manage Held Messages
Here is the link for the portal where you can manage emails as they arrive without having to wait for the digest delivery twice a day.

Note: You must select a message one message at a time within the Portal. You can use the Digest email to select multiple messages.
Once you select a held message, there are 3 different action buttons.

Report the message as Spam or Phishing.
Approve the message or sender.
Block the message or sender.
If you believe the message is Spam, reporting it will help train Mimecast Spam Filters to reduce the likelihood of similar messages being delivered to you and others.
If you believe the message to be phishing or harvesting user credentials, reporting it will also help train the Mimecast system.

Additionally, you can release just the message, permit the sender, or permit all email addresses in a domain to have the sender’s messages not be held in the future.

The final action you can take is to reject the message.

You can reject just the one message you have selected, reject all messages for the sender, or reject all messages from all email addresses at the domain.
Note: Unless you wish to block an entire company or organization, it is not recommended to block the domain.
