Logging in to Admin Pages and Changing Your Oracle Password Logging in to Admin Pages Connect to the GlobalProtect VPN. (If you don't have the VPN on your computer, you can click here for information on how to install GlobalProtect VPN.) Click on the applicable URL below of the instance to which you have access. (Note: The URL should also be available in your access email.) Production (https://bn-admin.uis.georgetown.edu/applicationNavigator/) (p for production) QA (https://bn-qa-admin.uis.georgetown.edu/applicationNavigator) (q for qa) Test (https://bn-test-admin.uis.georgetown.edu/applicationNavigator) (t for test) At the Georgetown login prompt, enter your NetID and password.(Note: You'll also be prompted to enter an identification verification code from Duo, so make sure you've installed and set up Duo on your computer.)Once you've logged in, you should see the Admin Pages home screen, as shown below. Changing Your Oracle Password Log in to Banner Admin Pages. From the Banner Admin Pages home screen, access the Oracle Password Change form, as shown below. (This is necessary in order to run any Banner processes.) In the Oracle Password Change form, enter your current and new password. (Note: You'll be prompted to enter your new password twice.) In the Oracle Password field, enter your current Oracle password. Leave the Database field blank. In the New Oracle Password field, enter your new Oracle password. In the Verify Password field, enter your new Oracle password. Click Save when you're done. Occasionally, a message will appear that the password change was not successful. If you get that message, please try running a Banner process. If you're able to run the process, the password change was successful.
