Troubleshooting PaloAlto Global Protect VPN connection
After installing the Palo Alto Global Protect VPN, users have reported that they cannot connect to GU applications.
To further investigate authentication issues, please ask the user for the following in the ticket
1. Host name of Mac or Windows device
2. Are they on campus or remote
3. URL of web application
4. Log into GP VPN, then go to www.whatismyip.com and reply with their public IP address
5. Do the same thing with Cisco VPN
