The Forte Integration Bus Report has not been received by the CROO Invoicing Coordinator
The Clinical Research Operations Office (CROO) generates invoices out of the OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). OnCore is owned by Advarra, formerly, Forte. An integration exists between OnCore and GMS. When the invoice is generated in OnCore, the Advarra integration extracts the invoice and the Forte Integration Bus Report is generated, showing the invoices extracted and ready to integrate to GMS. Then, the GMS integration runs which extracts the invoices from Advarra and creates the Customer Invoice in GMS.
From time-to-time, the CROO Invoicing Coordinator will notify the GMS team indicating that he/she cannot see any of their recent invoices in GMS. If the invoice is not available in GMS, either the Advarra integration is not running correctly or the OnCore invoice failed to be created in GMS.
First, verify that the Forte Integration Bus Report is generating. If this report is not generating, contact the MHRI Applications Analyst. In addition, submit a ticket to Advarra through the following email address: support@forteresearch.zendesk.com
If the Forte Integration Bus Report is generating, contact the GMS team to confirm whether the OnCore Customer Invoice extract has produced errors. If the OnCore Customer Invoice extract has errored, correct the error on the Award, as applicable and request the GMS team to re-run the OnCore Customer Invoice integration.
