I cannot log in (I didn't get a Duo verification code). If you don't see a Duo verification code when trying to log in to a Georgetown site: Check other mobile device(s) you've registered in Duo to see if the verification code was sent to any of those devices. Make sure your mobile device has already been registered in Duo. (Your device must be registered in Duo to receive a Duo verification code.) If you obtained a new mobile device (e.g., new iPhone), that replaces another device you owned and that you previously registered in your Duo account, and if the replacement device has the same phone number as the older device, then make sure you've registered the new device in Duo. You might be logging in to a legacy application, in which you won't see a Duo prompt on your screen after you enter your NetID and password (you'll need to check your mobile device for the Duo verification code).
