I cannot log in to Symplicity.
If you cannot log in to Symplicity, you may not have previously enrolled in Georgetown's Duo two-factor authentication service. (You need to be enrolled in Duo to log in to Symplicity.)
If you've already enrolled in Duo, you may have missed the login request notification Duo sent to your device. When you log in to most GU online applications (e.g., GU Google Apps, GMS, MyAccess, Box), you receive a Duo notification on your computer screen as well as on your mobile device. Symplicity differs in that you will only receive a notification on your mobile device; for this reason, Symplicity is referred to as a "legacy application". If you miss the Duo notification, you won't be able to log in to Symplicity successfully (you will need to approve the Duo notification). Therefore, you must have your mobile device with you when you log in, and you you'll need to check your mobile device for the Duo notification after you've entered your login credentials in Symplicity.
You can also try this workaround for issues with logging in to a legacy application.
