How can I get support with Turnitin?

Students, instructors, and administrators can get help with Turnitin by doing any of the following:

Going to the Turnitin Support Page
Submitting a support ticket to Turnitin online
Contacting Turnitin directly (for instructors and administrators only) by sending email to tiisupport @ turnitin.com or calling 866-816-5046, ext. 241. Turnitin typically responds within 24 hours of ticket submission. Turnitin support is available Monday-Friday, 6AM-11PM (Pacific Time) and Saturday-Sunday, 7AM-11PM (Pacific Time).
